Avast Thar Me Hearties!

Okay, they probably didn’t talk like that in this particular case, but this most definitely be a tale of high adventure and captains courageous on the unforgiving seas of Arctic Canada! This may be the summer that they find the Erebus and Terror. Now *that* would be cool! Ten years ago we had an opportunity to walk a long the beach of an unnamed island in the western arctic archipelago looking for "stuff" left behind by the John Franklin expedition.

Actually, there were a number of us Salt Springers up there..... we get around, eh?
