Dat Reshterant Called Lenny's (hic!)
I think I have mentioned in this space before that it rather galls me that the Denny’s up here doesn’t change the name (at least) of their “All-American Slam” in Canada. Kind of grating, really.
But that’s not to say that there aren’t some distinct differences. For example, unless things have changed a lot since my last visit down south, this is an item you probably won’t see at your Denny’s (so nyah!):

Denny's must have bought into the NAFTA, so whether their restaurants are in the U.S.A., Canada or Mexico (all in North AMERICA), their menu selection names will reflect "American." In Mexico, would the menu item be called "Todos Americanos "slam"?
Oh what the heck Chas, you're right; they're just too lazy to reprint menus.
