*As it is now 12:30 am, technically it's the 22nd now, so technically the 1 year was yesterday, but I only recently got home to post this and am going to bed shortly. Sunday will be 1 year in Victoria (we spent a few days in Vancouver before coming over on the ferry last November).

You know, that big landmass to the north of the US that most Americans know almost nothing about? :)
Turns out it’s a very diverse and interesting (and beautiful) place with history, culture, multiple political parties, a budget surplus (most of the time), eco-friendliness, world respect and a vision for the future.
We find that very attractive. We hope you will too.
